The Commission for the Environment, Climate Change and Energy (ENVE) is responsible for coordinating the work of the Committee of the Regions in areas related to the European Green Deal, which include environmental biodiversity, circular economy, zero pollution, climate change, energy, and space policies. The Commission is also responsible for the local Green Deal Working Group and other networks and platforms such as Covenant of Mayors Ambassadors, CoR Climate Pact Ambassadors and the Zero Pollution Stakeholder Platform.
