The new EU NDC, which will now be submitted to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), aims to: reduce net greenhouse gas emissions by 66.25-72.5 % by 2035 compared to 1990 levels, covering all sectors of the economy and all greenhouse gases.
