The city of Banská Bystrica carries out some activities to reduce production and increase the absorption of CO2, and at the same time activities that increase the partial adaptability of the city to the effects of climate change. This process is not yet systemic, based on a detailed analysis of the greenhouse gas balance or assessment of the vulnerability of the territory and individual industries.
