By implementing the project, we want the participants (youth workers) to exchange experiences, gain new knowledge, expertise and practice for the innovation of educational activities when working with youth. The goal of the project is to increase the key competencies of 30 youth workers, exchange knowledge, experience, expertise and good practice in informal education on the topic of "climate change and energy security". Application of acquired knowledge and innovative activities in youth work by the end of the year. 2023.
Mobility goals:
– to acquire or strengthen key competences – interaction with people, the ability to communicate (understandable expression and the ability to listen to a different opinion), the ability to work in a team, solve new, unknown tasks, improve language levels;
– be able to explain what causes climate change on Earth, how it affects our way of life, what is the individual's responsibility;
– learning through experience and developing creative thinking;
– to promote the critical thinking skills of the participants to understand the meaning of the term "responsible eating";
