Climate change and the media: Climate action requires media freedom

Environmental journalism plays a key role in the effective application of human rights. Above all, it requires independent information, reliable facts and constructive dialogue. Given the accelerating climate crisis, the work of environmental journalists has never been more important. But they live dangerously. What can be done to support them?
