During the Covenant of Mayors Policy Support Facility (PSF) twinning programme, eight municipalities from Spain, Italy, Greece, France and Germany came together to offer an opportunity to exchange good practices, lessons learned and to evaluate what could be applied in their cities in terms of developing adaptation strategies and building resilience to the adverse effects of climate change.
