RSINOE develops viable solutions and supports an innovation ecosystem to increase climate resilience and enable climate change adaptation across Europe. It connects innovators and end-users in different European regions to create new innovation packages, business models and implementation concepts that support sustainability and growth through cross-fertilisation in Europe. It develops and tests demonstrators of applicability, replicability, potential and effectiveness in nine different European regions.
