Global warming is getting more drastic every year. As part of Earth Month, National Geographic looks at how climate change is changing our planet – and shows what we humans have to do with it. The earth has been visibly changing for decades and has been changing more and more rapidly in recent years. Global climate change is to blame – and so are we humans.
