More than half (51 %) of private companies in the Slovak Republic still do not know that the largest companies operating in the EU must already this year collect data and then carry out non-financial ESG reporting (corporate social responsibility and sustainability). They don't even know that smaller companies will gradually join in the following years. This was shown by a public opinion survey for the consulting company RSM SK, which was conducted from April 18 to 22 among 130 companies and executives. However, in year-on-year comparison, this is an improvement. Last May, up to 60 % companies were unaware of the obligation. (Source: TASR)
