UN Global Summit on Climate Change , known as COP28 , enters its second and final week in Dubai. Now the hard work of negotiations begins. The summit has had some explosive ups and downs so far, from John Kerry naming and shaming oil giants to fighting over the words "phaseout" and "phase down." Most importantly, however, all participating countries agree to try to meet the Paris Agreement's target of 1.5 degrees Celsius of warming - a growing body of scientific evidence shows that doing otherwise will have dire consequences for the Earth. So, here are four key moments from the summit so far and what to expect as COP28 heads for the finish line on December 12. (Dave Levitan)
