On Thursday the 13th ^a on Friday the 14th ^July Executive Vice President Frans  Timmermans , Canadian Minister of Environment and Climate Change Steven Guilbeault and Chinese Minister of Ecology and Environment Huang Runqiu jointly convene the 7th Ministerial Climate Action (MoCA), in Brussels. MoCA is a major annual ministerial meeting on international climate action, attended by ministers from the G20 countries and other key parties to the UN climate negotiations.
