It's their time to have fun, to play with their friends. It's their time to be happy and relaxed. That may not be the case for some kids whose health is affected by what's happening with our climate. In some parts of the country (and the world), kids spend more time indoors than outdoors during the winter because the temperature is too low to be outside.
