All companies will have to take responsibility for their carbon footprint, and carbon offset projects are becoming a strong ally.  A business may have already identified its sources of emissions, calculated its greenhouse gas emissions and implemented strict reduction measures… yet emissions that are difficult to reduce persist. These are emissions that can neither be reduced nor prevented.  Although there are currently technologies being developed to further help meet companies' carbon reduction goals, immediate action is needed to offset the unabated footprint.
