Delegates representing more than 100 parties to the Paris Agreement met in Bonn, Germany, and set the stage for some key decisions for the UN climate conference (COP 28) in Dubai and for the coming years. Over the past two weeks, representatives of countries from around the world have converged on the former West German capital for their first full face-to-face meeting since COP27 in Sharm el-Sheikh.
