Private jets, cars, cow farts – we all know things that are really bad for the planet. And then there's digital advertising. A recent report from Purpose Disruptors suggests that advertising adds a further 32 % to the annual carbon footprint of each person in the UK, with a significant chunk coming from the significant computing power required to power online advertising campaigns.
