According to its new president, the World Bank plans to create credible, better-priced loans that will allow resources to \u201cmove in the right direction.\u201d The announced move will not only help bring more structure to the VCM, but is part of Banga\u2019s strategy to reform the nearly 80-year-old financial institution, to which he was elected by the bank\u2019s board of governors earlier this year.
