Every organization will be affected by climate change in some way, either directly or indirectly. <span>This can be caused by negative effects on employee health and safety, natural hazards threatening physical assets, supply chain issues, or even changes to the way a company operates. <\/span><span>It is clear that climate should be a fundamental pillar of every company&#039;s risk processes, but these threats are not easy to understand or measure. <\/span><span>It\u2019s not just about looking at the weather \u2013 organizations need to consider secondary and tertiary impacts and put in place appropriate steps to mitigate the ever-changing risk.
