They evaluated the impact of the redesign on the usability of the graph (ie, the ability of individuals to accurately and quickly extract information from it) and user perceptions of the credibility of scientists and climate change risk, which are correlated with knowledge and intention to act. <\/span><span>The process was iterative, including two rounds of user testing followed by re-engineering and re-testing. Methods included a combination of surveys, eye tracking, activity ratings, and interviews.
