Fine dust particles PM<sub>2,5\u00a0<\/sub>and ozone contribute to seven percent of deaths in Slovakia, while the EU average is four percent. In this regard, the Ministry of the Environment has prepared an input report for the preparation of the Air Protection Strategy. It includes two key documents - the National Emissions Reduction Program and the Air Quality Improvement Strategy.
