The strategy aims to ensure European health security, resilient health systems and the fundamental rights on which the Union is founded. To this end, the strategy&#039;s priorities are:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span>investing in the well-being of all people<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>achieving universal health coverage through stronger health systems<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>combating current and future health threats.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span>Although the proposed measures that this strategy aims to achieve are ambitious, they do not fully address the scale of the health challenges that Europe and its neighbouring countries will face.
