Companies in Slovakia are facing critical challenges in the labor market - a lack of qualified candidates, high turnover and growing employee demands. Young generations expect more from employers than just a competitive salary. ESG strategies (environmental, social and governance) are quickly becoming one of the decisive factors in building an attractive work environment. In 2025, approximately 50 thousand European companies will be directly affected by the obligations associated with ESG reporting.
