To this end, the project will:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span>Design two PCEDs<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0in beacon cities to show that they are valid solutions to achieving climate neutrality.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>Establish five CN-Labs<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0in the lighthouse and other cities, which will act as innovation centers to coordinate and facilitate co-creation processes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>Implement innovative management strategies,<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0which will enable the transformation of cities towards climate neutrality.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>Define metrics to evaluate PCED<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0, annual energy and CO balance\u00a0<\/span><sub><span>2<\/span><\/sub><span>\u00a0.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>Support upscaling and replication<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0through PCED.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>Support urban networks<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0to build on existing knowledge, technologies and financing, and on the other hand to provide a tangible contribution to climate goals<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NEUTRALPATH aims to support cities in their transition to climate neutrality by designing a collaborative roadmap for a more sustainable future for all.
