The regulation, which introduces legally binding targets and obligations for the restoration of degraded ecosystems, will have a significant impact on businesses operating within the European Union. The aim of this paper is to outline the main consequences that the adoption of the regulation will have for companies, and at the same time to provide an overview of the measures necessary for effective preparation.
