To ensure compliance, economic operators will have to carry out strict due diligence on products traded on the EU market.<\/p>\n<p>The Regulation in its current form will be applied from December 30, 2024 and six months later for SMEs. However, key stakeholders are pushing for this date to be pushed back to give operators and traders more time to comply with key provisions of the regulation.
