EU member states have 2 years to incorporate CS3D into their national legislation, which will apply from 2027 and will apply to all large companies in the EU with more than 1,000 employees and a net turnover exceeding EUR 450 million. Insurance premiums will also apply to non-EU companies if they have a net turnover in the EU of more than EUR 450 million.
