The retrofitted aircraft will expand the reach and applicability of zero-emission flight technology, further supporting the aviation industry&#039;s efforts to achieve a zero-carbon balance sheet. At a recent event held at ZeroAvia&#039;s research and development facility at Paine Field, Alaska Airlines&#039; regional carrier, Horizon Air, formally handed over a 76-seat Q400 aircraft to ZeroAvia for research and development.
