The law will enforce 90 % reductions in CO2 emissions from new heavy-duty vehicles by 2040 \u2013 meaning manufacturers will have to sell a large proportion of fully CO2-free trucks to offset the remaining sales of new CO2-emitting vehicles.<\/p>\n
