Most recently, in December 2023, the Directive on Due Diligence for Business Sustainability was provisionally approved at the political level (&quot;\u00a0<strong>CS3D<\/strong> &quot;) <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/SK\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A32024L1760\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">European Parliament and Council Directive (EU) 2024\/1760<\/span><\/a> and endorsed by COREPER in a revised version in March 2024.
