Slovakia has submitted a draft law to the parliament, while proposals from Bulgaria and Croatia are still awaited. Therefore, some original CSRD rules entered into force in January 2024 in the Czech Republic, Hungary and Romania. Bulgaria, Croatia and Slovakia said they also plan to transpose the directive by the deadline.
